Early this afternoon, we said goodbye to Lt. Lance Duncan upon retiring from the City of Mustang after 20+ years of public service. In addition to his service to the City, Lt. Duncan is also a Veteran having served our Nation in the US Army. Lt. Duncan requested a small gathering of his peers and family and we honored his service by respecting that request. We wish Lance a happy and healthy well earned retirement. He will be missed.
