The Canadian County Assessors Office will be at the Wellness Fair on Tues. Feb. 4th from 9:00 am-2:00 pm. They will have tax exemptions available and help people complete applications. Everyone 13 and over is invited to join us Sundays in February at 2pm, for Cardio Tae Boxing with Kristen. Class dates are February 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd. Cardio Tae Box is a fitness class that combines kickboxing, martial arts, and cardiovascular training. It's a full-body workout that involves punches, kicks, and cardio drills to increase heart rate and develop upper and lower body strength.
