April Sunday Fitness Class: Functional Strength

Join us every Sunday in April at 2pm for our April Fitness class series, Functional Strength with Nicole! Class dates are April 6th, 13th, and 27th. No class April 20th due to Easter and we will be closed. Functional strength training uses compound exercises or multiple muscle groups that will help improve balance, coordination, and strength. Please bring a mat, they are not provided. If you don't have a mat, you can purchase one from the front desk for $10. This class is included with your fitness pass membership and must be 13+ to participate. You don't have to register, just show up!
