December Sunday Fitness Class-No Repeat Strength

Our December Sunday Fitness Class Series, No Repeat Strength, starts this Sunday, December 1st at 2pm. Class dates are December 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. No repeat strength is a series of exercises performed in order without repeating any of them. Class will last 45 minutes and be taught by Melissa! Please bring your yoga mat, they are not provided. Must be 13+ to participate and this class is included with your membership. You don't have to register for this class.
