Welcome to Staff Saturdays! Get to know our staff each Saturday. Today we are featuring Julie! Julie has worked at the library for 7 years and is our Director. Her favorite books include The Great Alone and Before We Were Yours. She likes books by authors Jodi Piccoult and William Kent Krueger. Julie likes to read, travel, and hang out with her grandchildren. She also loves cheering on the OKC Thunder and Pittsburgh Steelers! Her favorite places on earth are the beach and the mountains. She likes to snack on cashews and caramel popcorn while sipping unsweetened tea and milkshakes!

Introducing our new Young Adult Subscription (or YAS!) Boxes! These are monthly subscription boxes that will include a surprise library book chosen based on the theme and your questionnaire that you will return, plus goodies that you get to keep! We will have 4 spots available for 6th - 12th graders. Sign-ups will start on April 1st through Local Hop. You will have until the 7th to fill out your questionnaire. Boxes will be available to pick up from the 15th to the 20th!

Welcome to Staff Saturdays! Get to know our staff each Saturday. Today we are featuring Alaina! Alaina has been working at our library for a year and a half as Youth Services Librarian. She likes romance and cozy mystery books. In her free time, she gardens and goes hiking with her husband and dogs. Alaina loves The Lion King so much she can quote the entire movie! She loves chocolate and diet Dr. Pepper. When she was young, she would spend hours reading the new Harry Potter books after the midnight release!

Welcome to Staff Saturdays! Get to know our staff each Saturday. Today we are featuring Paige! Paige has been coming to library programs since she was 6 months old and has been helping at library events since she was 4 years old. Paige was a founding member of our Teen Leadership Council and served as president until she graduated. Her favorite books include The Little Prince and anything by Ruta Sepetys. Paige's hobbies include hiking, sewing, and recreating the Rosetta Stone out of rocks she found in the parking lot. Her favorite drink is cold brew. You will see Paige working at the front desk and helping with our kindergarten - 2nd grade programs!
