On April 22 and April 24, the contractor will be tying in the main waterline. Areas impacted will be north of State Highway 152 between Clear Springs and Frisco. Residents in Lakehoma may experience low water pressure.

At a ceremony this afternoon, Patrolman Dakota Norman was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the Mustang Police Department. Presenting Sergeant Norman with his certifications is Police Chief Rob Groseclose.

At their April regular meeting, the City Council unanimously approved a proclamation declaring the week of April 14th as "Telecommunicators Week" in Mustang in honor of the men and women whose diligence and professionalism keep our region’s citizens and emergency responders safe.

The City of Mustang was notified that on Monday, April 8, construction crews would begin an overlay of Southwest 59th Street, beginning at N. Clear Springs Road and running west to Gregory Road. The road is located in Oklahoma City but may impact commuters from the City of Mustang area. The overlay is part of the State Highway 152 project and is expected to be utilized as a detour once work begins on the highway.
