Starting Monday, January 29th, road crews will begin replacing the concrete pavement along N. Ludy Way.
The process will involve removing the old concrete paving, reconstructing the subgrade, and installing new concrete pavement. The work will be staged in 4 sections, with the roadway being closed as each section is removed and replaced. The normal working hours for this project will be weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the project is anticipated to last for several weeks. During construction, parking on the street will not be possible, but parking on unpaved portions of your yard will be allowed during construction if needed. There will be times during construction when your driveway will not be accessible for 5 days while the new concrete cures. We apologize in advance because we understand this closure is a tremendous inconvenience to you. However, it is necessary in order to replace this section of roadway in your neighborhood. We ask that you please be kind to our road crews and your neighbors around you as we all work together to get this project completed as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued patience with our utility contractors and road crews while they work to make our public streets and utilities better for everyone.
