The City’s sewer contractor will be making the connection to the lift station at Chardon Terrace & SH-152 over the next couple of weeks.   Please expect periodic and possibly daily lane closures of northbound Chardon Terr. from W. Mickey Drive to SH-152.   The southbound entrance to Spitler Lake Estates will remain open at this time.   When the northbound exit is closed, please use W. Mickey Drive to S. Anderson Rd to access SH-152.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation with our contractors and road crews while they work to make our public streets and utilities better for everyone.
