The purpose of this form is to ensure that every Storm Shelter located within the City of Mustang has been registered in the event of a natural disaster.

If you received a building permit for your Storm Shelter it should be already registered in our data base.  If you are not the original owner of the home and/or are unsure if your Storm Shelter received a building permit, you should fill out this form.
