Mustang is bustling with commercial activity and this is evident everywhere in town. 

A new 4-plex is under construction that will house Jimmy’s Egg, S&B Burger Joint, Orange Leaf and another tenant yet to be determined.  The pad sites on the south side of Stage have been filled with a restaurant, nail salon, wireless provider and healthcare company.  Homeland is preparing for a name change and overhaul.  Several new industrial buildings have been constructed as well as lawn equipment building; an automobile repair facility and garden center are in the works.

There has been a great deal of investment in improving existing properties in the center of town as well.  Trade Center shopping center has received a major face-lift and this project will continue.  Silver Center is also in the midst of a façade upgrade.  Improvement to these two developments is attracting new tenants and making Mustang more beautiful.
